The restaurant has been specially conceived to welcome, in a warm and familiar atmosphere, the laughter of a dinner party with friends, the joy of a baptismal banquet, the efficiency of a business meeting or a New Year's Eve toast.
Reviving and preserving our countryside’s culinary heritage we serve:
- Homemade preserved meats
- Pumpkin tortelli and green tortelli with bitter herbs
- Tortelli in the style of Possenta
- Agnolotti with cheese fondue and artichoke and truffle cream
- Twisted bigoli and macaroni
- Risotto with local wine or with minced pork
- Sorbir di agnoli (agnoli in stock)
- Braised meat with polenta
- Hare civet
- Boiled meats with apple and water-melon mostarda
- Marinated beef with sliced Grana Padano cheese
- Beef and colt tagliata
- Spit-roasted farm-yard meats
- Local hen salad with celery and walnuts
- Mixed plate of cheese with orange and onion marmalade and mostarda
- Assorted homemade desserts.
The restaurant service is available:
- For lunch - every day, except Monday
- For dinner - every day, except Monday; on Sunday only upon reservation and for groups.
All dishes of Mantuan cuisine are prepared with products from our farm. |
